Through the PQRS system you can send:
– Petition: is the fundamental right of every person to submit respectful requests to the authorities for reasons of general or par ticular interest and to obtain their prompt resolution.
– Complaint: is the manifestation of protest, censorship, discontent or disagreement that a person makes in relation to conduct that considers irregular one or several public servants in the development of their functions.
– Claim: is the right of every person to demand, demand or demand a solution, either by general or partial motive, regarding the improper provision of a service or the lack of attention to an application.
