- Support the vision of zero net deforestation for the Amazonian biome of Colombia, through the generation of monitoring information to identify the effectiveness of the implementation of program interventions, with respect to the annual monitoring results and the Reference Level established for the REM-VA Program.
- Consolidates and implements the Forest and Carbon Monitoring System (SMByC) and the National Forest Inventory (IFN), with which it reports the actions and results of the program as a whole.
